I am having problems seeing all the files in windows explorer under Windows 10 & 11. Some show up but not all of them. I had been able to fix it before by mapping MYCloud as a network drive but this no longer works. What is the solution?
Well, I got an answer from WD Support. Pity they didn’t read the question. I have local access but cannot see all my files. They just copied a boiler plate answer on how to get local access.
