Has anyone solved the issue of accessing and mapping the drive after all these windows 10 updates?
I can still connect to it via the web client and the phone app but I am not longer able to map it.
I have tried many different fixes, not luck.

We have not faced any issues mapping the shares after windows 10 update. Mapping function seems to working fine with our devices.
Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this.
