Cannot find the device: install and ip address won't work

Cannot connect to it. My mac can find it, but the install program says that it cannot check my Firmware and my browser gives me a 403 forbidden. But i see the device in my finder. Anyone an idea?

Try and reset the unit and check if you can see the dashboard. Also try to check if the dashboard is visible from a different computer on your network if you have another one.
