Hello All, I’m having problems creating a MyCloud.com account to work with my My Cloud NAS device. Under the admin user, the setup process has failed to recognize any email address to setup the MyCloud.com account for remote access service to the device. The setup fails and returns the error “Failed to create device user. (400073)” Any assistance would be greatly appreciated to resolve this problem. Thank You… Bryan J.
Well after a lot of frustration yesterday, today it worked… no “Failed to create device user” error and it went through. Don’t know why but case closed for now… Bryan J.
