Cannot access WD My Cloud through my network

I was able to connect to My Cloud yesterday and today I cannot access. Light is blue on the unit. I’ve unplugged and restarted and have the blue light. I’ve looked over other posts similar to my problem but there are no solutions in them that I can employ. I can see WD My Cloud in Explorer but cannot open. I’ve redownloaded the Dashboard software. It can determine how much space I have left on the device but I cannot access any folders. I’ve tried to access using the mac address on the My Cloud units to connect to it but my computer cannot locate. I have a HP Pavillion Windows 10 64 bit. I am able to connect to other devices on network. Any easy to follow steps to trouble shooting would be appreciative.

If you have the Dashboard icon on your desktop do a right click on it, click Properties and then check the Web Document tab and see what your current URL is. Try it out to see if you can get to the Dashboard.
