Cannot access EX2 via web or app

I can access my EX2 via local network. However I cannot access via the web or the app.

Mycloud.com. Gives me an error message suggesting updating firmware and making sure device is connected to the internet (firmware is up to date and it is connected to internet via router).

The Mycloud app on iphone says “Remote access disabled - Access to MyCloudEX2Ultra has been disabled”

Any tips?

This hit me recently as well. This MyCloud access only works if from within office network. I had the MyCloudEx2Ultra rebooted. Right after boot I had people test from outside office network, and MyCloud access works.

Only problem is, after about 4 hours, it stopped working again :cold_sweat:
