4 days over still the Mycloud remote issue is not resolved.

Cannot access EX2 via web or app

This hit me recently as well. This MyCloud access only works if from within office network. I had the MyCloudEx2Ultra rebooted. Right after boot I had people test from outside office network, and MyCloud access works. Only problem is, after about 4 hours, it stopped working again

Almost a week with this problem…
