MyCloud.com device access down

I have 2 EX2 devices, one at home one at the office.
I used to be able to access either one via the internet using mycloud.com
Now when I log into my account on MyCloud.com from home and try to access the office unit it won’t log into the device. If I take my laptop into the office, connect via the wifi and try to access via MyCloud.com it logs in no problem. I have no need to log in at the office!
Anyone have any ideas on this? The MyCloud app used to work just fine as well and it can’t connect either.
None of the IP addresses have changed. I can see no reason why what was working doesn’t anymore.

There was nothing wrong on my end after all. Although it would not connect over the internet one day, on several different devices including a cell phone, it started working again the next day. Why IDK.
