Cannot access Dashboard in iPad or iPhone

I cannot access the Dashboard for My Cloud from my iPad or iPhone. They are on the same Network.

I am using the IP address. It used to work previously but is no longer working. It simply says Safari cannot find the page. I can access the Dashboard from my PC but that involves obviously cranking it up.

I have tried rebooting My Cloud and all devices and resetting the router with no luck.

Any ideas?
