I’m kind of a noob with this stuff… But I’m helping my mother-in-law to transfer her pictures to her new my cloud, but it can only export about 500 of the 4500 pictures to the my cloud. Does anyone know why.
I’m transferring from an iPhone 6. How should I go about it to get all the pictures to the hard drive?

Are you using the WD My cloud App?
Yes I am, I tried WD my photos aswell, while that one only were able to
find 200 photos to upload.
Try using a file manager app instead, such as File Browser.
Does anyone have a specific app to recommend for iphone?
