Problem with copying more files via My Cloud desktop app

When I copy files from ext. HDD (connected to USB on WD My Cloud 3TB) via My Cloud desktop app, it is not possible to copy more than 2 files in one step. What is the reason for that?

Do you get the same issue if you try to copy more than 2 files to the MyCloud unit directly instead of the USB drive connected to it?

I have the same problem, if I try copy files from one folder to another on my cloud (no USB devices connected). But when I move files (cut/paste), it works problemless (10 or 20 files in one step is not problem).
