I’m new to this so please bare with me.
Can anyone help me with accessing my movies through Plex outside of my home network? When I launch the app away from home I can see the movies, but when I try to play them I get an error message.
I can however go to the movies on the MY Cloud mobile app and launch them through a media player. Just no through plex.
