Backup Tab Not Active in Smartware

Hello.  I have a single 3TB MyCloud device and would like to use it to automatically backup two laptops.  However, the Backup and Retrieve tabs in SmartWare are not active on one of the laptops.  As a result, I cannot setup the backup rules.  Does anyone know why the Backup tab is not active, or how to activate it?  Thanks a  lot!

Hi Morgan11, welcome to the Community. Be sure that the laptop is part of the same My Cloud network. Also check if you have any Antivirus or firewall that might be blocking Smartware.
