I have a WP My Passport Ultra that is at least 5 years old. I haven’t even used it in so long but, now find that I should do so. I’m trying to complete a backup and it won’t finish I remembered this from using it long ago as well. Does anyone have any information to offer on such an instance as this one? Thanks!
