Automatic backup will not work even tho, \I set up for daily schedule at 8pm.
Also WD Quick view does not work, I get message Incompatible program.
I am using latest W10
Is all this a W10 issue?
If you look under compatibility mode for the software, does it show Windows 10 or 8?
I Am having the same problem since updating w10 today

No option for W10. First think I looked for.

Not with W10. I bought the My Passport Ultra just after I upgraded to W10. In XP Pro. it worked with smaller My Passport drives.
I can bachiup to the drive manually but the auto. will not work.
