My Passport Ultra not working on Win/10

After wrestling with my failed auto backup issue over past couple months, I finally reached a person at customer service who said My Passport Ultra is not compatible with Windows 10… which I coincidentally upgraded to a couple months ago.

Are others here experienceing this problem, and are you able to find a source of information to learn when the WD program will be fixed?  This is not a trivial problem to me.

Are you referring to WD SmartWare? If so, unfortunately WD does not normally share their update and development roadmaps for software applications. I’m positive an update is sure to come in due time though.
