Auto backup app on Android not uploading some videos and photos!

Hi,
I have an android Galaxy S7 with WD my cloud app, a fast SD card 32gbs, very light on apps with plenty of storage, no rooting or anything and the auto backup feature on for both pics and videos to go to a My Cloud 2tb hard disk fully updated firmware.
The ISSUE is that most of the times only HALF the photos and videos with eventually backed up automatically by the app. This inconsistency is constant.
I have installed many times again and again and tried all settings, changed directories and back again to force a backup with no results.
Any help appreciated.
