In the manual it says "For a list of tested, compatible USB devices, see Article #2581 in our knowledge base at support.wdc.com"

I have no idea how to find this article & I tried everything I could think of. Can anyone point me in the right direct or better yet link this article for me?

Go to support.wdc.com

Put 2581 in the SEARCH box (under KNOWLEDGEBASE, on the right), and click the > button.

Voila. 

Now, was that so hard??  ;)

Note however that the manual is incorrect and you should use article 3805 for the Live and Live plus. (Confusing eh)
