Android App auto backup on all devices not working

I have the MyCloud Home 3tb with 5 android phones connected to it. All phones initially backed up and maybe did a couple backups after initial install. Now the auto backup will not back up any of the phones with 2.8tb free.

When I go into settings for auto backup I notice it keeps turning itself off as well as the Use cellular date setting. So I try turning it back on and it still wont back up! What a waste of money! I have created 2 work orders and both have been closed without an answer to the problem.

You can uninstall the app, clear the cache and re-install the app in order to resolve this issue.

Thanks, I have already done that. Twice! It doesnt fix the problem.
