My Cloud Home Auto Camera backup problem

I have a My cloud home of 2 t, and i selected on my cloud app off my iphone 6 the automatic backup of my camera roll, and some videos are just not banking up. The app keeps showing that its missing 51 files to back up. The videos that are missing are older ones, from 2014. I did not change my phone in this period.
The current OS version of my iphone is 11.3, and i have enabled the auto-backup, Cellular data and Background Uploading. Tried several times to turn off, close app, turn on. Nothing changed.
The videos were made using the iphone native camera, and the file type is MOV.
Need some help to solve this problem.
