After a year of no issues, I am now receiving on a daily basis the “Disk errors were detected on your disk1” message through the mobile app. All my files are still accessible, and everything appears normal still. The User Manual is pretty vague about what to do other than contact WD for a replacement - is this really the only way to resolve? Has any one else experienced this and was able to resolve?
