Admin User Account Missing

Hi, I seemed to have setup Mycloud okay but when I view the Users I only see myself and the other 3 family members I setup. I’m looking for the Admin account, my understanding is it has a blank password and I want to give it a password. Is it possible that when I added myself and created a password that is the Admin account? That it is somehow renamed? Thanks.

On the WD My Cloud Dashboard > Users page do you see a User with a green checkmark on/under/next to their name in the left hand User column? If so that typically denotes the admin User. You typically will not be required to enter the admin User name and password to access the My Cloud Dashboard until you toggle Password to On for the admin User (and enter a password of course).

The first user, created during the drive set up, becomes admin, renaming the admin user name.
