After attaching my WD My Passport External Drive to my computer, I installed Acronis True Image for Western Digital in my computer.
However when I tried to run this software for baking up my files, I received the following warning :-
“You have to reboot your computer before running Acronis True Image.”.
After I received the above warning, I restarted my computer twice and shut down and turned on my computer twice but I still received the above warning.
Can anyone help me and advise me how to solve this problem?
