Acronis Tru Image for Western Digital not responding

Hi.

I recently got a new laptop, using Windows 10.
I used Acronis True Image for Western Digital on my previous laptop, using Windows 10. Everything was ok.
I downloaded and installed Acronis True Image for Western Digital to my new laptop.

When I try to run Acronis Tru Image for Western Digital (to do my1st backup, entire PC) it seems to freeze and I get a non-responding message.
Otherwise my laptop runs ok, i.e. no problems wih other software.

What is the cause and solution to this probem?
Has anyone else encountered this?
