Account verification problem?

I’ve have a mycloud home 3tb device and have just bought a new 6tb device as the old one is almost full. When trying to create a new account to setup the new device, WD requires me to respond to the email verification link…but it hasn’t sent me one. I’ve tried a few different email addresses for the set up but it just won’t send me the link so I can get set up. Any suggestions…?

When you checked your e-mail did you check the Spam folder too?
