Unable to verify my email

Hi I’m a new user. I recently purchase WD Mycloud 4TB and as i tried to register a new user account, i did not received any email from the server to vefiry my email account. Hence i’m stuck.

Whenever i tried to change my email account, i will received an email. But whenever i tried to verify the email, no verification email was sent.

It may help if you post your specific My Cloud model. Note that the My Cloud Home is a completely different device and there is a separate subforum for My Cloud Home discussion.

Sorry, it is indeed My Cloud Home. My problem is solved. Apparently it went into my spam inbox. Now only i know the search email function will not search in the spam inbox.
