Just I install my new 3tb wd my cloud. I bought this item in order to have access to big bank of documents anytime anywhere through internet network. But at the same time I want to work with my saved documents when i have not accees to internet network. can i have access to my saved documents when i am home and i have not access to internet network? can i have access to my cloud directly without network? (eg with cable)

You should be able to access your MC that is connected via ethernet cable to your router irrespective of the router’s internet connectivity. If you have a wireless router you should be able to connect via wifi, or connect you computer to the router via ethernet.
Yes. The MyCloud is a local network attached storage (NAS) device. The cloud access is an extra feature.
You can connect to your MyCloud locally by plugging it in to your router, and plugging your PC into the router too.
If you don’t have a router, you can plug the MyCloud directly into the Ethernet port of your PC: see p110 of the English User Manual.
The user manual will show you how to connect via a router, and map drives into the PC’s filing system.
