Access to mycloud - Connection with my book ex 2 ultra

Dear WD community,

I already created my password for my admin account in mycloud.com
Once Im loging in, Im not able to detect my WD Ex2 ultra from local intranet, y from remote sites.

Im having windows 10 version. 18362
