Access Denied - Windows 10

When I double click on the MYCLOUDEX2ULTRA folder inside windows network folder, I get this Security windows

Access Denied
Access Denied451×359 4.95 KB

asking for user name and password. After I enter WD user name and password I get this error message

Please help me figure out the issue and how to fix this.
