I got a My Book 4TB and he only keep the light one but in PC dont show nothing
I open the Box and take the hard drive out and try to access with other softwares do recovery the data
GetDataBack Simple - Show me all the folders how they are organized and i can do the backup for few files other they show the folder but they are empty, here the program only show the capacity about 2TB
R-Studio - Show me the same the GetDataBack Simple the folder and the organized and show me the content each folder in GetDataBack Simple it show me the folder but inside empty in this show me the same folder and the content inside and this program show me all 4TB space
I try recovery the data and he do it but the files are corrupted
After this i try to understand whats happen and one person tell me about the board encrypted the content.

Can i buy a new board?
It´s need to be the exact same numbers and letters?
How i can identify the board without open the cover?
