MyBook 4.0 with died PCB

Good evening,

the PCB of my Mybook 4.0tb is gone.

How can i get my data back from the HD?
I’ve tried to insert it in a docking station, the HD is spinning but isn’t shown on windows.

If i buy an identical hard disk, can i use the PCB from the new one to recover data from the old one? Is the encryption the same?
