403 Forbidden You don't have permission to access

I am using WDMyCloudMirror, but recently I can’t login the access the admin web site, 

it’s show “Forbidden, You don’t have permission to access”. Why ?? 

my WDMyClodMirror device’s ip is : 212.65.aaa.bbb

My NB’s ip is: 212.65.ccc.ddd

is it is a network issue ??

Hi alanwwang, welcome to the WD Community. The error you’re seeing will happen usually if the Client and Cloud are on two different IP networks.
