I have used my WDMyCloudMirror for a couple of years now. I am attempting to access it remotely. I can start the login process. Strangely I have to login at the internet login page. It signs me in and then I have to log in again. The page looks similar but is slightly different. Here it locks up and does not take me into my files. Also, strangely, this process has worked in the recent past. Is there a way to reset everything and start from scratch? Do I need to enable cookies, clear the cache? It should not be this difficult to access the files. It could be me (operator error) but I am not doing anything differently than when I could sign into the online version.
