Cant get an admin access via ip adress to wd mycloud mirror

Hi there,

cant get an admin access to wd mycloud mirror. IP adress, name and password which I type in is correct but nothing happens. The browser window doesn’t show any action … the WD start screen doesn’t change to the admin screen …

Any ideas how I can solve the issue?

Have you tried with a different Internet Browser or after a device reset?
