403 Forbidden Error on MyCloud Setup

Have tried setting up MyCloud device from 2 different computers on my home network but only get the following message:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access / on this server.

I have an IP address for the device and it seems to be working just cannot set up.

Please advise urgently.

Have you accessed it on these devices before using a different login?

Did you try a 40 second reset?

Try accessing your wdmycloud on the same subnet locally on the LAN. Instead of accessing it on the Public WAN IP.
The different subnet is the problem.
