403 Forbidden - Cannot Access MyCloud

When trying to login to MyCloud I am getting a 403 Forbidden error. Cleared cache, tried multiple browsers and rebooted the NAS. Here are some of the web addresses I’ve tried (and were working)

Any ideas? I can access the page to check shares,users,groups, and NAS device utilities.

Figured it out. Needed to turn off the VPN until connected to MyCloud. Once connected I could resume the VPN

This happens ocassionally with some vpn providers when accessing os5.mycloud.com.
Not when accessing netbios name.
I do not think vpn providers block os5.mycloud.com.
