Hi, I’m sorry, I have had this issue since V4 firmware, it is a problem that WD has not yet resolved, many many people are getting this, I believe the firmware is at fault, so WD will need to provide a fix, not forthcoming just yet.
I have had an outstanding issue with this for months and months, either return the unit as not fit for purpose or wait for WD to provide a fix.
