1tb red drives in the My Cloud EX4100

I was wondering if I can put four one TB red hard rives in the My Cloud EX4100

Unfortunately the WD EX4100 hundred seems that is not compatible with the 1 TB reds. Take a look  here for the list of compatible drives.

I’d say go for it.  I run four 1 TB WD Black just fine

I know EX4100 can even run with 4(500GB) WD Blue drives
