Can't connect to mycloud remotely

Hi, I have a Netgear D7800 router and have just setup a new 3tb mycloud and it works per perfectly on my network however I am unable to access it from other wifi networks or from my 4G phone.

I would greatly appreciate any advice on what the issue is likely to be and how to fix.

You didn’t state what you have tried … just “Can’t connect to mycloud remotely”.

1. Have you read the Mycloud Manual?
2. What version of Mycloud do you have? Version 1 with firmware 4.x or Version 2 with firmware 2.x
3. What are your Mycloud settings within the dashboard?
4. What steps have you tried and what failed?
