You may not be able to copy files to or from the device

Any way to resolve this ? It works fine if i use the My Cloud pc app. 

When do you get this error message? What files are the ones you are trying to copy, and what are the permissions of the target Share? Is this a local error, or a remote error?

Sorry for the lack of information. The error message pops up when I am setting up the device through mcm_windows_setup.exe at  http://support.wdc.com/product/download.asp?groupid=907&sid=226&lang=en

The device works normally were I to use the PC app to copy/transfer files. I am wondering if the error message is the reason why I cannot copy files or run videos from My Cloud without the use of the PC app as shown below.

I hope the information provided above is enough. I am almost clueless when it comes to NAS. Thanks for the help.
