Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) A request for the USB device descriptor failed

please help me to retrieve my data

This usually means that the driver (which does NOT come from Seagate; this driver comes from Windows) has lost communication with the drive or the driver has crashed .
The Code 43 error is one of the multiple Device Manager Error. This error occurs when Device Manager stops the hardware and reports the unidentified problem.

  1. Restart the System.
