I bought today a WD Mybook 3tb. When i connect it to my pc (windows7), it doens’t recognize it. Code43
I searched on the web and i found many times this problem, but no answers!!!
Could someone of WD please help us?

error code 43 tells windows that the drive that was plugged in is not working. its either, there is something wrong with your usb ports or the usb cable or the drive itself is bad.
Suggestion: test the drive into another usb port, preferrably the back ports at the back, or test the drive into another computer. if the drive is working using another computer then there is either something wrong with your computer, prolly virus or hardware issues.
