Windows 7 Device Manager - WD My Cloud 4-Bay Network Storage

I just noticed today in my device manager on my Windows 7 Machine I have listed a WD My Cloud 4-Bay Network Storage device listed with a Yellow Exclamation point.  I tried to remove it, but it comes back, I don’t have the unit connected directly to my computer other than through the network.  Does anyone know if I missed loading a driver somewhere or how I can get that removed?

Hi jimmyfwalker, as long as you can access and use the EX4 normally, there is no need to install the drivers.

Under My Computer, if you click on the Network, does the Ex4 appear as listed under “Computer” or “Media Devices”, or “Other Devices”?

Mine shows up as a NAS under device manager (Win 7 Ultimate).

It shows up as a computer, media device, and external storage under network map.
