I’ve seen this posted, but I didn’t find any answers. I bought a new laptop, my old one had Windows 8, and my cloud external drives worked well over my internet. Now with Windows 10, they aren’t working! Any help?

If you cannot access a local network My Cloud device in Windows 10. It is possibly due to Microsoft disabling the SMB 1.0/CIFS option in Windows 10 due to security concerns. The following WD Knowledgebase article details how to turn that option back on.
