My cloud is not working with windows 10

Get My Cloud to show in Windows 10 File Explorer Network

Here is what I just found with a Google search and it worked for me. Open the Control Panel select Programs and Features then open Turn Windows features on or off then make sure the following box is checked, SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support, your computer will have to reboot for it to take affect. Ensure SMB1.0/CIFS is enabled. Microsoft disabled this setting in recent Windows updates and during new Windows installs. WD has a Support Knowledgebase Article covering how to enable the setting.
