I just received and, powered up and plugged in a new G-RAID Thunderbolt 3 16TB 0G05758 to my Dell TB16 Thunderbolt 3 Dock connected to my Dell XPS 13 9360 running WIndows 10 64 bit OS. I get the following Approve Thunderbolt Devices dialog:
The Note: says “Install the driver included with the device before approving the device.” No drivers were included with the device and no instructions were provided except the quick start Guide with pictures illustrating the power-up and plug in sequence. So I am at a stalemate. No forum topics seem to address this, though many confusing threads exist about drivers and crashes and so on. I am loath to Approve this drive without first installing the drivers as directed by Windows 10.
Please advise me on how to obtain and install the correct Windows 10 drivers for this drive.
