G Raid Thunderbolt 3 not working windows 10

i have g raid connected to a thunderbolt 3 add in card.
g raid does not show in device manager/disk management or file explorer.
G raid works only with a different usb c port on a different add in card.

thunderbolt says its attached, i also enabled thunderbolt in bios and updated bios.

Hello guys, I do have a little confusion regarding this. As I am using windows 10 so how is this possible to use G raid which is a high-performance, dual Enterprise hard drive storage system with it . If anyone do have any views feel free to share in my page Blog.

You are plugging the drive in with the wrong cable. Make sure you are attaching it with the Thunderbolt port on the device using the cable that also has a lightning bolt on both ends.
