my mycloud has had a white light no for about half a day now ive right power cyclying it and holding the button in the back for a minute and nothing is helping, anyway I just wanted to document this so that WD is aware of the issue, I was streaming a movie when it suddenly cut out and the drive disappered off the network. Sadly I was really starting to like this NAS but its back in the box and back to best buy for me. I’ve also noticed that when ever the MyCloud was rebooted every client on the network would get kicked off and this only started happending when I plugged the MyCloud to the router.
I may give this NAS another chance in a year or so when all the problems have been fixed.
