Static orange light

Hi there.

I have WD Mycloud attached to Virgin 3.0 hub. Was working fine, now solid orange light. Ethernet shows activity but front stubborn solid orange.

Tried 4s reset, 40s reset, different cables etc etc but it is currently a brick. Not on network, no IP, no change to hardware recently. Obvs cant access key files images etc… and i dont have the tech ability to dismantle drives.

Help.
