Why is it that the “Off-Topic Disccusions” forum is the only forum where people discuss product questions such as warranty and RMA issues? Makes absolutely no sense.
Please see fit to rename it the “General Forum” or something similar.

Those questions are still considered off-topic. The forum is for anything not relevant to the discussion of one of our products. Using “General Forum” as a title could invite discussion of one of our products. As it is, we’re constantly moving product questions from the off-topic board to the appropriate product board(s). Thanks for the suggestion though.
And then we have the poorly named forum of: WD Internal Drives > Desktop & Mobile Drives , which is apparently where discussions of drive lines such as the Red are discussed.
